Three Things In This World: The Great Wall of China

There are three things in this world that will remain the same.

The earth, the moon, and the stars.

No matter where you find yourself in life, on planet earth, you will find comfort in these things. In a strange and unfamiliar place, they can bring you a sense of belonging, home, and familiarity.  No matter where you are you can look up at the night sky and know it’s the same moon you’ve gazed upon in the past, present, and future.  It’s the same moon the people in your life have looked upon. When you touch the grass anywhere it is the same. In a different land, you can lay on the grass and know it’s the same. It brings you the same comfort.  The ants that crawl in it have no knowledge of their geographic locations, therefore a while you don’t either. You can forget about where you are–what you’re doing and be  H E R E.
